About Me
I'm a yoga teacher and longboarder based in London, and I've been teaching mobility-focused, mindful vinyasa yoga classes since 2021.
Taking the advice of my first yoga teachers, "just start and don't stop,” a little too literally, I now have over 700 hours of yoga training under my belt, am a personal trainer, a meditation and breathwork coach, a mobility specialist (FRCms), and a Nike ambassador.
My mission is to help people find balance in their lives, whether it's on a yoga mat or a longboard.
My journey with yoga
Born and raised in Paris, France, I've spent the last 10 years moving around the world, from the US to Taiwan and Australia, before finally settling in London, UK.
Amidst all the travelling and constant change, yoga and meditation became my go-to tools to ground myself.
After years of self-study and reading all the yoga books I could get my hands on (nerd alert!), I enrolled in my first yoga teacher training. I now have over 700 hours of training in vinyasa yoga, meditation, breathwork, mobility, and yoga philosophy.
You can find me teaching in-person yoga classes in London every week.
My journey with longboarding
In 2021, bored of the endless London lockdowns, I picked up longboarding as a way to have an outdoor hobby that would push me outside of my comfort zone. Longboarding has grown to become a central part of my life. I now co-lead the women's skate group London Longboard Girls, and host regular skate meetups, longboard lessons and workshops in London and around the world.
Bringing my passions for yoga and skating together, I share "Yoga for Skateboarders" tips to help skaters improve their mobility, prevent injuries and improve performance.
